Candidates

Considering a new job is always a big decision and can be stressful. Our work with candidates is based upon listening, understanding and supporting your career journey, whether we ultimately help you secure a new role or not.

We are the broker in the relationship between you and a prospective new employer. We understand what that means and it is important that your experience of dealing with us is a positive one.

Whether you approach us looking for a new role or whether we contact you, what you can expect from us remains the same – transparency, honesty and simplicity.

We will interview you thoroughly in order to understand all we can about you – not just your career history – but also personality, interests, motivations and career aspirations. This will ensure that we speak to you about the right roles at the right time for you and that we can represent you knowledgably with our clients.

When we do speak to you about a role, you will get to know as much about it as we do. The reasons why we think it is an interesting opportunity for you at this stage of your career, but also the challenges in the role and the culture of the company and the people. This detailed approach at the start of the process results in 94% of candidates we submit to clients being taken to 1st interview.

We are here to help you navigate through any interview process, not tell you what to do. We will help with your CV and advise on interview techniques. Once at interview stage for a role, we call you the day before to go back over the role and talk you through what to expect from the interview and the people you are meeting. We take and give honest and detailed feedback for all interviews whether successful or not. We also help you through any offer negotiations, resigning and onboarding, guided by you and want you need from us.

To get a better understanding of what to expect from us, you can find a selection of candidate testimonials here.

We are always happy to have a chat so of you ever want a confidential discussion about your career and what next, please call on 020 3096 9802 or send a message via the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll be in touch.

We look forward to speaking to you.
